Tube Surgery

They treated me like I was at my house and my nurses and doctor were very nice. They made me comfortable. They even gave me a popsicle and something to drink. It was amazing. It rocked! I had the best time.

Bunion Funion

I have been dreading this surgery. My experience started at the Registration desk, I walked up to the 2 ladies in bright colors and of course the names escape me lol. I asked if they were the ones to talk to and they said as long as I had cookies. The conversation rolled into me asking for cupcakes after surgery. The lady that took me to my room asked if we were friends because we were laughing so hard. Then when I got in the room the nurses all got into the act because I kept butchering the Doctors’ names. We had laughter my whole visit and I seemed to kinda forget how nervous I was. The man who put me off to lullaby land came in and he was nice and laughed right along with us, and I also met my Doctor for the first time and he was nice as well. All I can say is the visit was very positive so glad I made the choice I did.

They Eased All My Fears and Anxiety

5 Sep

Yeah I was on the naughty list with my family physician as I skipped a few years of having a mammogram. Then earlier this year when I did follow-up on the referral for a mammogram the WHFC Mammography Department sent me a message that I needed to come back in for additional imaging as some scattered calcification’s were denoted. Of course this news was scary and my anxiety level was high. But thanks to the support and professionalism of the staff in this Department I was made to feel at ease and my anxiety was reduced greatly. The staff took their time explained the reason for the additional testing and the procedures that they would be using. I would recommend the WFHC Mammography Department to all of my family members and friends. Dr. Meg, Krista C., Megan, and Kathy, RTRM, you all are the greatest. Thank you for your exceptional dedication and compassion for those you serve.

Knee Surgery

31 Jul

Let me start with a little history of myself. I have been employed with Life Line Emergency vehicles for 17 years. Four in paint, ten in customer service & three in the position I have now of assistant production manager. Which is working with our distribution staff & customer deliveries of new ambulances. I write delivery reviews to the production floor, good or bad, I believe it is something they need to know. So I am more than happy to write a review of the service from your staff. These are real people, engaging, professional & yes humorous. These are people you could sit down & have a drink & conversation with. From the admit nurse, to the anesthesiologist, to the recovery room. Someone was always there, ready to serve. Right from our 1st office visit, to check-in, to the time we left.

Thank you
