Less than a week ago I was at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo, Iowa for an ablation procedue.

From the early hour I arrived to when I left, my wife and I were given continuous servings of kindness and compassion, in addition to competency.

All of this was evident from the admissions staff, nurse assistants, nurses and cardiologist. Despite the torrential rain that was falling outside, and the increasing stories of flooding basements and uncertainty about how they were being impacted, the staff were truly professional and “on task”. Whereas I hope to not need to spend any more time in the Center in the future, I will anticipate wonderful care if I were to need it again. Thank you Sue, Lisa, Karen, Danette, Dr. Rose and others whose names I failed to remember. Bob
