February 28th

23 Feb

I had surgery on my trigger thumb on February 28th. I felt like a celebrity at Covenant. I am an employee at Covenant, and it was great having a conversation with Cindy in preadmission. She is personable, professional and does an excellent job of preparing a patient for what to expect prior to surgery.

Admitting nurse Nikki was very organized, attentive and informative.

It was nice seeing Theresa, Nancy and Sue. It was fun reminiscing about old times. They all put my husband Jerry and myself at ease. I have a great appreciation of the friendships I have made during my career at Covenant. It feels like home to me.

Dr. Eagan is a great surgeon. He has always provided the best of care. Dr. Eagan has great empathy, patience and skill.

Post op nurse Nicole is bright, practical and provides the best of nursing care. She has great insight.

Ambulatory surgery is a network of exceptional medical professionals and their care is outstanding.
