Thank You

I had my first colonoscopy on January 5, 2017. I would like to thank everyone for the great care that I received! You took the scary out of the equation. I thank you all for your compassion and care.

I was scheduled for my very first operation (cataract surgery) at Covenant. All my fears were relieved by Cindi, who made the preadmission call and set my mind at ease already. Then, I met Jodi who prepped me for this procedure guiding me all the way with fabulous instructions and gentle care.
When I told her this was my first procedure and I was not looking forward to the IV installation, she sprayed my hand with “cold stuff” and had the IV inserted before I knewe it! She was so gentle. Thank you for your care and concern. Then I was wheeled away and got to speak with my cousin Paula before surgery. The nurses were so patient. I am grateful for the care shown me by Patty, Sara J. Melissa T, Brent. I felt secure in their hands and knowledge. After surgery, which went very fast, Claire W. and Danette (Danny) were so kind to me also meeting my needs in professional fashion. The care began with Cindi’s call and continued through the day after surgery! God bless you for everything. The breakfast really hit the spot. Dr. Puk is also to be commended for his professioanl care and skills.
